返品・返金ポリシー

お客様に安心してお買い物いただくために、以下のポリシーを設けております。

🔁 返品について

商品到着後【7日以内】であれば、返品のリクエストが可能です。

ただし、返品の対象となるのは以下の条件をすべて満たす商品に限られます：

  • 商品が未開封で汚れや外傷がないこと

  • お届け時と同じ状態であること

  • 元のパッケージ・箱・付属品がすべて揃っていること

  • 購入時のレシートまたは注文番号などの購入証明があること

※一度でも開封された商品、使用済みの商品は、いかなる理由であっても返品・返金の対象外となります。

🚚 返品送料について

お客様のご都合による返品（例：イメージと異なる、不要になったなど）の場合を含め、
返品にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。

💰 返金について

返品が受領され、検査が行われたらお知らせいたします。また、返金が承認される否かもお知らせいたします。承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法で自動的に返金されます。

返品商品を当店で確認後、速やかにご返金を処理いたします。

※返金処理には、クレジットカード会社等の都合により、数日かかる場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。

返品をご希望の方は、商品到着後7日以内に、以下の情報を添えてご連絡ください：

  • ご注文番号

  • お名前

  • ご購入商品名

  • 返品理由

欧州連合の14日間のクーリングオフ期間
上記にかかわらず、マーチャンダイズが欧州連合域内に発送されている場合、いかなる理由でも、正当な理由を示すことなく、14日以内に注文をキャンセルするか返品する権利があります。上記と同様ですが、商品は受け取ったときと同じ状態であり未使用であり元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。レシートまたは購入した証拠も必要になります。

Return & Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience, we have established the following return and refund policy.

🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unopened, with no stains or visible damage

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required

❗ Please note:
Opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

🚚 Return Shipping Fees

In case of returns due to personal reasons (e.g. "not what I expected" or "no longer needed"),
return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, regardless of the item’s condition.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the result.
If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Name of the item(s) purchased

  • Reason for return

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union,
you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
