• Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are to be borne by the customer. However, for bulk orders (multiple purchases) that meet our specified quantity requirements, we will cover the shipping costs (free shipping).
• Customs Duties and Import Taxes: If customs duties, import duties, or other taxes are incurred in the destination country or region, these will all be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Returns will not be accepted for any reason, with the exception of initial product defects (quality defects). Please thoroughly check the product details and precautions before placing your order.

In the unlikely event of an initial product defect or shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival with photos of the affected product. If it is difficult to determine the defect from the photos, we will take possession of the product and, if a defect is confirmed, we will exchange it for an identical item.
* If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a refund.

[Cases where returns cannot be accepted]
Please note that returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• If we have not been contacted about the return/exchange in advance
• If 8 days or more have passed since product arrival
• If product tags, accessories, etc., are damaged, soiled, or lost
• If the product has become dirty, scratched, or has an odor (from pets, tobacco, perfume, cosmetics, etc.) while in the customer's possession
• In other cases where we determine that the product is in an "unsaleable condition"
